FIX: "Windows can't format (drive letter) Error In Just 2 Minutes.

  Follow These Steps To Fix This Steps --

• Open CMD As Administrator

•  Type " diskpart " 

•  Type " list disk "          

•  Type " select disk 0 " (0=drive letter of your drive)

•  Type " clean " 

•  Type " create partition primary "

•  Type " format fs=ntfs quick "   OR                                  " format fs=fat32 quick "

•  Type " assign letter D: "(assign any letter to your drive , here i choose D:)

     Note : Inverted Commas Are Not Included

      ⇨ ALL DONE , Now You Will See The Drive Has been Format.
